mid july I finished up a 12 week run of deca/test e
did that routine for the second time in 2 years, I do not feel that I got as much out of it the second time around. this time I want to try something different, looking for something a little "stronger" (for lack of a better word)
little info:
I'm 24, 5'7, 170 lbs, bf is around 11%, been lifting lighter since PCT, but come december I'd like to go in for 12 weeks or so and bring my lifts up and put on a few.
I kick started last cycle with 30 days of dbol, and I honestly felt that I got the brunt of my gains in that 30 days.
cycle was 150mg deca EOD, 250mg test-e EOD, and 30 mg dbol for first 4 weeks. ran that for a total of 12 weeks and 30 day PCT went smooth. although I have enough deca for another run, I'd prefer not to touch it for a while. didn't seem to get much out of it and I don't really like what it did to me mentally.
I have not tried sust, tren or mast.
advice? would settle for a quoted post/thread from the past if it's relevant
