Does anyone know which one is the best and how much it costs? Looking to hook up my nano in my truck so I can play it through the radio in the truck.

if you cd player has a aux in you can but mini mic head phones. LIke 15 bucks plug the one end into your ipod and the other end into your pre amp aux in inputs thats the cheapest way but depends if your cd player has the inputs

If you are talking about an FM transmitter, the best one I've used is the Airplay2

FM transmitters are not the best quality in general. If your car stereo has an input for audio in/AUX then you can get a simple audio cable and you'll get much better quality. This is not an option for most stock car systems.

It's nothing like a speaker. But it's a device I use to hold my iPod in my car. It has 8 legs, 4 of which you can wrap around your iPod, and the other 4 you can wrap around your car's dashboard, or on your bike, or even on your treadmill. It holds the gadget for you. And because of this, I really don't need a speaker anymore. Very handy. And cheap, too, at 20 dollars.

Sounds (sorry for the pun) like he really needs both. Something to hold it and something to send the bluetooth audio over to the FM radio in his truck.

I tried a parrot FM bluetooth deal and it really sucked in the city because of the interference. When we went camping it worked pretty good but still wasn't "CD" sound. ;p

Here's how it looks like:
