Looking at starting my first cycle

Hey guys,

I'm looking at starting my first cycle. I would like a bit of feedback about this rough cycle I'm thinking about going on and if I need to add or take anything out of it!

I'm 24, about 81kg/178lb and 178cm/5'8' tall and about 18-20% BF. I have been at the gym for about 18 months, strength gains but not much size gains.

Cycle (8 weeks)

D-Bol -1x25mg cap ED
Var -1x0.1ml per week
Test e - 500mg per week
Letrozole - 1mg E3D


PCT (4 weeks)

D-Aspartic Acid
Zinc - 1xcap ED
Magnesium Aspartate - 4xcaps ED
Tran Resveratrol - 2xservings ED

I'm using D-Bol for size gains, test e and letrozole for any side effects from the dbol and var to help cut body fat and retains any muscle gains I get. Does this sound ok?

And is this PCT ok?

Don't get clever. Use one compound. 500 mgs of T is MORE than enough. And add some N2GUARD.

And that PCT isn't a PCT. The DAA is good, but with T so low, it won't do much. You have to get your FREE T up. For that, use UNLEASHED. In fact, bet the pack with POST-CYCLE: Post Cycle and Unleashed Combo - The best PCT supplements you can find.

Zinc and MAgnesium will do nothing. Take a multi for that.
 
Lifting for 18 months means you are not ready for AAS. Go to the diet section on the site, they can help you there, get a solid diet and routine put together and you'll start making good gains. If you start AAS without a solid muscle base, just asking to get hurt.
 
At 20% bf your just too fat.. either diet or training is wrong..

Also using test to counteract side effects from dbol is just retarded.. you will get side effects from the test just as much.. please don't run this cycle because you don't know what your doing

178 pounds 20% of it is BF, training 18 freakin' months and you have the balls to ask about AAS?

you don't want to use Letro as an AI for your cycle.. that should only be used, in my opinion, if you already have gyno. Using it on cycle will kill the gains you are trying to make. Aromasin, Armidex, or Forma Stanzol are much better options.
 
You need to build a good foundation before steroids
Heres your grocery list and how you start.


You need at least 6-7 smaller servings per day with some protein in each., You can do this by eating clean whole foods,not processed.
Protein should come a variety of things.Seafood is one of the best sources of Protein because it's usually low in fat. Fish such as salmon is a little higher in fat but it is the heart-healthy kind: omega-3 fatty acids.

White-Meat Poultry
Stick to the white meat of poultry for excellent, lean Protein. Dark meat is higher in fat. The skin is loaded with saturated fat, so remove skin before cooking.

Milk, Cheese, and Yogurt
Not only are dairy foods -- like milk, cheese, and yogurt -- excellent sources of Protein but they also contain valuable calcium. Choose skim or low fat dairy to keep bones and teeth strong, prevent osteoporosis, and enhance weight loss.

Eggs
Eggs are one of the least expensive forms of Protein. The American Heart Association says normal healthy adults can safely enjoy an egg a day.

Beans
One-half cup of beans contains as much Protein as three ounces of broiled steak. Plus, these nutritious nuggets are loaded with fiber to keep you feeling full for hours.

Pork Tenderloin
This great and versatile white meat is 31% leaner than 20 years ago.

Soy
Twenty five grams of soy Protein daily can help lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. Combine soy Protein foods like tofu with a healthy low fat diet.

Lean Beef
Lean beef has only one more gram of saturated fat than a skinless chicken breast. Lean beef is also an excellent source of zinc, iron, and vitamin b12.

Protein on the Go
Grab a meal replacement drink, cereal bar, or energy bar. Check the label to be sure the product contains at least six grams of Protein, and is low in sugar and fat.
