9 GOLDEN RULES TO REMEMBER WHEN TRAINING
1. Never perform Bench Press, Squat or Conventional deadlift(bent-backers are the only way to go).
2. Never lift through the legs, use the back, its harder!
3. If you can walk out of the gym unaided, you havn't trained properly (Give it another 2 hours)
4. If you've done bent-backers and can drive home, BACK IN THE GYM! (do em again, untill it realllyyy hurts (this shows you are harder than everyone, and will be massive in just hours!)
5. Train at least 7 days a week, you are what you try to be.
6. Always wear a 'Buff-Up 2000' top. People will want to sleep with you, this has been proven in scientific tests.
7. Always scream in a manly voice when lifting weights, women and other guys will think you are huge, and sexy.
