honestly?
I was cutting till I tore a ankle tendon
I am 6'3 300 pounds now at about 18-20 %
I look like a pudgy line backer, not a line man
or a bloated Frank Sepe
my waist is relatively small compared to my shoulder and back
and though I am 18 % I have never been THIS strong in the GYM, or had such overall endurance.....
I can run 5 miles if I want too oustside
to think I was 240 or so when I started on these boards 3 years ago
