im sure this has been brought up a billion times before but it seems to me that everyone one this site is 6'3" 230 lbs.... Im sorry but that is not possible... Im 5'10 178lbs at 10% bf ...... List ur stats just for shits and giggles.

5'6 around 185(losing weight due to work) and Im gettting leaner so I figure 12-14% in a ballpark

I miss being 198 though which is where I was a little over a month ago

not even close..lol someday though real soon!!! thats the thing with listing stats..i think my frame can hold a lot of muscle, working on packing it on just wish i was at a lower bf..ugghhhh which way to go lol
