6' 1", 195, average bf%, pretty big, work out 6 days a week, good steady high protein med carb med fat diet. Went from just over 160 and flabby max bench 135 to 195 solid max bench 245 for 2 clean reps in 6 weeks taking 100mg fina via dmso 3 days weekly mon wed fri. Looking to put on some more size using low dosages, will inject. A newbie cycle basically with nothing that will fuck me up, yes i am a lil young but i would honestly like to go pro and will start my competitive career in less then a year. Anyone that will throw me some info will be appreciated also karma for ya all. Thanks again bro's for looking, appreciate it.
 
How long have you been training and how old are you?
 
How young are you? How long have you been lifting/bodybuilding? Was the Fina your first time using juice?
 
17 in December, I have been lifting for about 3 years, bodybuilding for only about 1, and yes the Fina was my first experience. Any help ya can give me would be great, thanks. Please no lectures about age, I know, i'm gonna stcik to low dosages and take every precaution. Thanks again.
 
well what worked for and put some good mass and great strenghth wass 600mg deca once a week, and 500mg of test enth once a week. i put on about 20 lbs of solid mass, and increased my bench by about 60lbs. you could do it for about 8-10 weeks. it should work out great for you. the dosage might be a little higher than you wanted to go, but let me tell you it will be well worth it. also dont forget your L-ex, clomid, and hcg at the end of your cycle.
 
There are numerous cycles perfect for a newbie. It's mainly a matter of preference. If it was me (and I did this my 1st two cycles) I would stick to a one roid based cycle.

I would stick with just a testosterone, or a one blend like sustanon250.
I would not do fina (but I see you did:) ) or dbol or high doses for a first or second cycle.

Again, this is just me. like I said, you'll get varying answers on this topic. Just make sure dieting is in order and like Hillbilly said, use your anti's.

You're 16 just train hard and eat right. Without the proper education anything can "fuck you up".
