My personal favorite/choice of cardio... I take mine fasted, usually in the morning.. with a hefty serving of clenviscerate on my stomach/obliques/lower back... with a side of a double dose (2 tabs at once) of Forged Burner.... and PHEW! Forgetabout it. I swear I lose 10lbs in sweat alone doing this. I drink at LEAST 4-5 ice cold bottles of Ozarka too, and sometimes that's not even enough.

I'm starting a new cutting cycle on Monday or Tuesday of next week, so I'm upping the cardio more than I ever have. It's a 12-week cycle, but I have a feeling if I continue this I'll be way ahead of schedule.. which isn't a bad thing considering I'd like to get on stage this year..

I do this cocktail (clenviscerate + forged burner) at least once a day...I'm going to be picking up running soon too, but I'll be doing that outside, no clenviscerate but might take my Forged Burner before I do it, just depends.

So yea, what about you guys? What works best for you?

Nice! This is awesome.. I NEVER EVER do cardio... like EVER... but I gotta/wanna start... so far tonight I did 30 minutes on a 7.5 incline @ 3.5mph... it was slow, and steady.. but I sweated like a MOFO.. I DO wanna start morning fasted shit... I can go at work on the mill...

What heart rate should I aim for?? I tend to be naturally lean/ecto to begin with... and tend to lose fat fairly easily... I was thinking somewhere around 138ish BPM?

I'm 34... 5'11 and 200lbs...

I hear ya. I hate cardio too....always have. But I wanna shred up so unfortunately I gotta take it lol. I do steady cardio on the Bowflex Treadclimber for at least an hour. Works like a charm!

i like muay thai/boxing class or running from the police lol. i hate cardio and if i run im gonna be upset about it. id rather do something fun, sports or biking

I love Insanity by BeachBody. That's one of the only things that has ever really compared to the ass-whooping I got when I played softball in college my freshman year a few years ago. Sh!t's intense lol but fun as hell

yeh i actually did that one too, and completed it. a good stim and workout partner to push me really helped, twice i actually threw up during the pure cardio video.

Really? The first month plyo video is what always kicked my ass. I loved month 2 though. I save that program for a rainy day!

i didnt mind the others, im sure compared to most im not that great cuz ive always hated cardio, but i went as hard as i could for as long as i could, which was the problem with pure cardio, there werent any breaks

RUNNING FROM THE POLICE!! lol.. ahahahahaa that's awesome.. :D

GO CANADA! :D

i play basketball. i cant stand running on a fucken treadmill that shit is boring.
I actually like the Bowflex Treadclimber. I pop a movie in my portable DVD player and watch it as I work out, makes the time pass quickly.

lol yeah that was my cardio as a teenager, but i tell ya when the police are comin searchin for ya ur not worried bout bein tired. u just run like a mofo

I hear ya bro... there ain't much to do up here eh? ;)

I hate cardio. I always have. It makes me feel nauseas and I'm more of a lift something a few times heavy instead of running for 30 minutes type of person. hate cardio...

i always had something to do.. in the daytime. bikin, rock climbing, snowboarding. just like th old saying says tho, nothing good happens after midnight. drinkin and stuff. i wish there was more hours in the day

I don't mind cardio at all, used to hate it but I typically do 20-30 minutes of the bike or elliptical right after my weights and on non-weight training days I do 40-50 minutes of same thing.....lately I have also been doing some running n will never do running on treadmill again......could only get to .8 miles before feet n joints started to hurt....now I run around my hilly neighborhood n I can hit 3 miles before I need to take a walk break with no joint or foot pain.....I have since boycotted the treadmill n body has never felt better :)

I'm a fan of weight complexes myself.

2 N2Slim + 2 capsules 700mg each of creatine, 1 hour of weights followed by 3 mile run (steep hill down to start and steep hill up to finish) usually takes 20-25 mins. 2 creatine capsules at the end.
Alternated between 45 mins of weights and 15 mins on punchbag before the run.

Fasted early a.m. outdoor runs 4 x week 3-5 K depending on which day
One non-fasted longer run mid-morning once a week, currently doing 7 K, but working my way up in distance to run a half marathon in September

Still have some stubborn fat around the abs that just won't go away no matter what....perhaps I should double my daily cardio.

NO cardio. It eats muscle.

20 rep squats with 1 minute rest in between sets. THAT is cardio!

Also, I ride a bike, ( a real one) play handball, hit the punching bag, walk everywhere... it's all good exercise. Jogging on a threadmill or riding a bike that doesn't go anywhere is a waste of time and energy IMO.

I jog 2 miles first thing in the morning.

4 days a week I train Judo/BJJ for 2hrs. Lots of fun but not the best for putting on muscle :( Keeps me real lean no matter what though which is cool

Ah Nelson, I've seen you say this before, and I was just waiting on you to say it here lol
