its just estrogen fat really. gyno you would have lumps of glandular breast tissue. 3 years ago i tried dbol, didnt know how to use it and didnt take an AI or anything. ate loads to gain weight and got a bit fat, but some fat went on my chest too and its being a bitch to get back off.
thats what happens when you mess with dbol with no knowledge of steroid use. -
