I am getting ready to start my first real cycle. I have been lifting and reading for a few years now. Here is the cycle i am going to do and i would like any comments on how it looks, and what you think about it. I am really excited to start and cant wait to bust my ass and see the results!

I have 20 amps of rotex German Test250 and 50, 20 mg tabs of Nolvadex. I will be doing the test twice a week for 10 weeks. And plan of starting the pct about 2 weeks after last inject. I want to avoid gyno as much as possible and btw i am trying to do a cheap, but effective cycle. another reason why this is my cycle. still good for a first one i think.

Last: I plan on keeping a log with pics of my progress throughout this cycle! Plan on being a regular contributor to the site now! thanks guys. peace.

six foot, 189 pounds 22 years old. Was hoping to avoid injecting hcg for pct. But whatever works best. I dont believe i am very prone to gyno but i avoid to avoid getting some tits! could i get away with arimidex and nolvadex with the test?

I'm no expert but some people might say you can use Sustain Alpha in place of hcg. Also i've heard talk of needto coming out with a product to replace hcg.

arimidex and nolvadex is a common pct... you should be ok ... i did this before i was just fine

Its a costly sport bro. Why don't you wait for sometime getting your resources in total check and then start? You still at your age can gain a lot naturally. And whatever you do, DONOT start your cycle until you have your pct requirements ON HAND.

for sure man. i am not going to start anything until i have pct. not going to risk anything. just sucks that pct can cost more than than actual goods that i will be using. but i have been planning this cycle for a while and waiting forever been natural up until now. just cant wait to see what the juice is like!

so what if i do just 250 a week instead of 500 of the test e , and just wait to see if i get any signs of gyno, and if it starts to happen just slap the nolva in there and start the nolva of course soon after my last test will this suffice or no?

For the HCG the common method is to run 250ius 2 times each week starting 3 weeks into your cycle. This keeps your balls big and producing your own test so when you start PCT they don't have to play catchup trying to grow back to their normal size.
