Laziness post-cycle

again, whos you guys ? i never once said i crash for 2 months and i never said i did 2 grams of gear, i said i was maybe going to. you r the clueless one here bro who needs to learn how to comprehend what you read. i didnt say i crashed either i just said i got lazy and stayed away from the gym the last 2 weeks. many people take breaks.

Taking a long break right after a cycle is the worse thing you can do for your gains.

It is normal for a lot of people to get post cycle depression, but if you don't drag your ass to the gym than it is pointless to even do a cycle. If you have got lazy from a lower dose gear, why would you even attempt a 2g/week cycle?

This seems overkill to me unless you really need that much to grow and are gonna keep your gains.

Now I see how right nelson is with his 3week cycles. I guess some of you guys would need something like that to not crash.

It's a mind game. I know that I don't always need to be growing to show up to the gym, but whatever, that's just me.

ok ok.......i was kinda a jerk i apologize. i have done alot of cycles in the past but this time i did just get lazy afer. you r probably right that it is just a mind game and it is in some guys heads that they need juice to grow and even feel motivated. o well, peace bro

Well, Im an old-timer compared to you guys here so I just dont comprehend why someone would use 2 grams of chemicals for more than 10 weeks.
Back in my day more than 500 milligrams of testosterone plus a little dianabol was considered a pretty hefty cycle. And believe it or not we grew just fine.

Anyway to get back to your topic, I have never experienced this kind of deep depression, but I believe it obviously has to do with your doses.

Just a suggestion.

I never use clomid post cycle, ever. I don't bridge either, because I realize that there is no such thing. I just go ahead an 'crash'.

Some things to help minimize the effects...tribulus (standardized at LEAST 40% saponins), maca, DHEA (cortisol), Arimidex.

As far as lifting right after a cycle--well, the question is, why aren't you?

If the answer is lack of motivation, you need to seriously rethink cycing. Its not for children. Part of cycling is coming off, and part of coming off is crashing to some degree. I have done long tren cycles, and I know what you are feeling. I am off now, have been since Easter. I am not as strong or as lean, but I get to the gym.

Why?

Because it separates me from you and everyone else who just can't bring themselves to try harder.

Get off your ass. Get to the gym. All this whining will seem silly to you after you recover, and if you sit around much longer you are going to have a real reason to bitch.

Go look in the mirror right now and ask yourself if you want to be motivated or if you want to be in shape, regardless.

Being in shape is not about motivation, its about discipline.

you say that the first month the depression was the worst, couldnt move - or something of the sort?
you were also on quite a big dose of clomid (one month in duration) as well. now for the last month i have listened to you go at it with nelson or whoever else told you that clomid does not work and all you write about is how great it is and how wrong nelson is.
from what i see, your one of clomids biggest supporters on the board. dont you think its a little ironic that the very person that praises how well clomid works at restoring test. levels is on this board complaing that hes so depressed he cant get off the couch?? it seems to me that if all this B.S. you speak about clomid were actually true, than you would not be having these depression problems and thus this thread would have never existed. Correct??
heres my advice - try nelsons post cycle recovery plan. it worked for me and i have the blood work to back it up. what do you have to back up the effectiveness of clomid? - two months of the blues??

Secondly, if this isn't a ringing endorsement for what I've been saying all along , I don't know what is. The very person who stalked me,day and night, on this very issue, is a casualty of his own ignorance.

2 grams a week? You're such an idiot I actually feel sorry for you. And this has nothing to do with your heckling of me. Anyone who needs that much gear has no right to call himself a bodybuilder, unless you're preparing fo the Mr. Olympia contest. You can't even train now because you know how much you suck. A typical paper tiger.

Sorry you had to learn the hard way. I'd be willing to help you, but...fuck it. You used up your chances long ago.
