Last years progress...

Ok before I started lifting I was 6' 160lbs. In 18 months I was able to get upto 205 (highest weight) and then rip down to 185 naturally. I blew my shoulder out in may/june and fell off the wagon. I'm trying to get to 205 again but with the ripped look I had at 182. Wish I had pics from the very begining. My arms got HUGE, almost 19". I'm 33 btw =)

I guess you could say I gave up drinking Mass Tech, cut my cals but kept protein the same. Mostly water gain from muscles being loaded with sups. I would weigh myself daily before my workout and was amazed at how much water I could gain or lose in a few days. I was running and cycling quite a bit also in March, April also, sure that helped.

a worthy goal to shoot for! when u get there (and you will!) u will be getting lots of long, intense looks from gals and guys! :artist:

eat clean, lift hard, stay healthy! :)
