Laborious Work vs Workouts

I have a question about balancing work with bodybuilding, my job, not a glamorous one, at that, but involves allot of the upper body & lower back lifting (legs somewhat), almost all the time am throwing around 50-100lbs of crates and after 5, 8 or more hours am ^7#5 tired, and my back always kills !!! (muscle soreness) I still workout on time, I usually do, but is it ok to miss workout days and skip till the next day or so?

So say like this

Monday, Thursday, Sunday or any combo like this, then after Sunday go Tuesday, Fri, Sunday, I knows it all bugged up, do you think it will matter, hell I’m getting cut up from work

Shod be aight?

I used to be a butcher and had to lug heavy ass boxes of beef around.

After a lot of overtraining I realized that I didn't need to work out any part of my back with weights.

Its easy to overtrain when you do manuel labor

hey i am a mechanic and i noticed sommethin. when i am working i overtrain like crazy. when i go back to school for 8 weeks i can workout at gym like a maniac. so manual labr jobs do affect workouts so i just say keep it a little lower volume on the muscles you use everyday. just my observation and .02:fro:
