Kris Dim has Heart Attack !!!!

King_Roc

New member
Story from Muscular Development...

Kris collapsed yesterday and had emergency heart surgery to repair a split in his aortic valve. The split in his valve caused a significant stroke that could have caused significant damage or death.

Kris is speaking and has controlled movement of all limbs and appendages.

As quoted by Kris' workout partner: "I am kris's partner at his personal training studio and unfortunately the rumor is true...Kris went down yesterday at the studio and had emergency heart surgery to repair a split in his aortic valve...they thought that he was gonna be paralyzed because he did have a pretty significant stroke but i just visited kris and he is moving all limbs and he is speaking and coherent. They gave him a 10% chance of surviving the surgery but the big guy pulled through and it truly is a miracle. If there are any questions post them on here and i will do my best to answer them as the information comes my way; thank you and God bless."

We at MD wish a speedy recovery to Kris and best wishes to his family.

I'm on needles and pins waiting for his publicist to come out with some BS about it being a genetic deformity since birth...

he's younger than me, for the love of Pete. thas' what the healthy sport of bodybuilding can do for you.....

He's was starting to really emerge as of late with some top 10 placings. I wish him well.

It has nothing to do with any of the dygs he took. It just happens sometimes. it may have been genetic or disease on his valve.

I suppose theoretically you could be right. A recent prospective echocardiographic study in infants showed a prevalence of abnormal aortic valve in 7.1 per 1,000 male newborns. Still, why do we see so much "genetic heart disease" in professional bodybuilders? IMHO it is the drugs, probably not the type but the amounts and the duration. If not a causative factor, the HTN, arrythmias, and other heart probs seen with roids/clen/E{A wouldn't help the situation.

Anybody know if he was on T-mags "dead pool"?

Nope. Although they hit the nail on the head with a couple pics, they didn't have this guy on their dead pool.

I'm on needles and pins waiting for any bodybuilder in the history of the world to ever earn enough money to ever be able to afford a publicist...

Ever.

Ain't that the truth! Good one, AR....

damn, that sucks, I wish him a full recovery, but you know he's out of the game now. Makes really think about life and how you want to live it.

Cutler earns enough money to have a publicist but...he doesn't need one.

I had no idea...

What does Cutler earn per year? As far as I see online, he (Jay Cutler, the best bodybuilder in the world) earns about half as much money over the course of the year- in cash and endorsements- as the highest paid video gamer in the world.

However, lets keep in mind that the top prize for the MR.O vs/ the top prize for the Cyberathlete Professional League World Tour Grand Finals is basically the same. And at least the Mr. O is no longer emceed by an Elvis impersonator, as it was in the early 90's.

If anybody needs a Publicist it's Cutler.
Guy has a personality of a leaky faucet.
He's a drip.

lmfao. i wish i had a tack hammer....guys like you are fucking priceless. i guarantee, out of the laundry list of illegal drugs this guy took on a daily basis, one of them contributed to it.

I think Jay makes 7 digits a year in all his business ventures. dude is pretty diverse

I wouldn't know. I know that he earns less from endorsements and prize money than the top video gamer in the world, but wouldn't know what kind(s) of inventments he has going on.

its obvious the duration and amount of drugs contributed to this heart attack. will he continue to compete, i doubt it. What to gain? a perfect body over his health?

How healthy do you think the top 5 at the average contest are?

Where does all this information come from? I'd really like to know. It seems horrendously skewed at best. It also sounds like you're trying to disrespect the sport of video gaming.

The top video gamer in the world is "Fatal1ty" (Real name: Wendell something-or-other). He's got my utmost respect. He's a gentleman and a scholar, and shortly I will be picking up a pair of his "online gloves" from his custom clothing line, and I will be doing all of my posting on EF while wearing them. He is the ultimate athlete of the modern age.

It's Johnathan Wendell. Have no idea what he makes.

Most of Cutler's contracts are really bullshit. Like his workout glove one. $300 a month doesn't cover the grocery bill for one week. He has them simply to use as leverage to negoiate bigger ones. He wanted as many as he could get BEFORE winning the O, so the remaining companies he doesn't rep for or have no compete clauses against will shell out the bigger $$$ to secure his image and likeness.

I am willing to admit that I could be horribly misinformed and/or ignorant but what is there to respect about video gaming? I mean, I do not even allow my kids to play those things.

Kris had been plagued by rumors of synthol in his tris for many many years, starting even before he turned pro. You have to wonder if that extra oil played a part in the scenario. (Assuming he did 'thol it up.)

I wonder what a Jonathan Wendell pre-contest cycle would look like. With all that money at stake, I would bet he leaves nothing to chance.

5'2" and many bottles of thol will clog up any nugga's split artery valve. Didn't weider thay that he wanted to touch Dim's tris "to make thure they were real?"

lol us juiceheads are in such denial about everything its kinda funny because i bet this heart attack this guy had prolly was from drugs or definitely contributed to it

I knew someone was going to say that. Arnold didn't need one when he was a bb'er, he needed one once he started acting.

Ritalin, I bet. I bet that cheater uses Ritalin, and a bunch of Nootropics. I want his ass tested...I bet he's over the limit for caffeine too...

Online Video gaming lets kids go online and do, say, and become something that they likely never could be in real life; and they can interact with other kids who are doing the same thing. It requires no training, and allows kids to create a character and indeed an entire virtual "life" which they could never actually lead in reality, and they can then have fun indulging their fantasies as this online alter ego.

It's completely different than steroid discussion forums.

I hope in his first statement he doesnt spew some bullshit about coming back stronger than ever.

I hope he takes a good long look in the mirror.........for his sake and well being.

I doubt it tho.
