I have a Colt 45 Gold Cup. It is loaded with Corbon 200 gr. semi jacketed hollow points. These particular Corbons have a 1150 fps muzzle velocity which is pretty high for a 45. The 45 stays under my bed cocked, locked and ready to rock. Hope I never have to use it but better to have and not need than to need and not have..........If you are not familiar with Corbons, all their loads are "Hot" loads and they make em for most if not all calibers.Synpax said:BTW - what kind of 45 do you use?
