I am in Ketosis! 4 days of eating nothing but fat/protein!!! Day three was tough, lots of cravings for the sugar.....anyway, today is different, way different.
No cravings and I can feel my energy actually rising.
Here is my question: Now that I am in Ketosis, is it ok to start T3 cycle?
