So I started back on Keto again. Trying to drop a quick 15lbs (not that quick but you get the idea). Last time I used this diet I had terrible bowel issues as in I felt like I never went. Since the start a week ago that little issue is poking its head around. Ive been taking fiber supplements to help out but still curious as to a few things. I've noticed there are some keto foods that are High in carbs *18g* for example but they have *16g* of some sort of fiber/sugar alcohol. To my understanding this means it would have a net carb of 2g. If I eat these foods its easy to go over the 30g of fiber per day recommended. Would this solve my issues? or is that not how it works...
