just starting out...need muscle mass...

any suggestions...
when I started working out 6 months ago I weighed 195...I've lost a lot of body fat and weight, but I want still to weight around 200...I've cut down on my cardio but I just can't seem to gain a lot of muscle mass or weight...

I'm trying to eat more, and just concentrate on my own goals, getting stronger without worrying to much about the mass for now, but it would be nice to add a few pounds of muscle in return for the hard work...

at least my abs are showing up again...lol

you have a strong thick torso. your arms and shoulders are proportionally smaller. bringing them up will improvew your overall appearance.
