Just started primo/test cycle

You are right :) First of all stevesmi, i deffently dropped in bf% but dont have numbers. but im sure that the diet is all about the bf% because last week i had kinda high carb diet and slacked a little and bf% went up a little too, or water i dont know but i can see it. Muscle is gained no doubt, if you go same doses as me and have clean but high protein diet you can gain more than 5 pounds pure muscle.

New weight is +5,5kg, like tarzan noticed I weigh myself every monday, im still REALLY happy and the strengh is STILL rising, its really really nice :) starting to wonder is there no limit for the strengh hahaha :) but im watching out for my joints, dont want any injurys. So im not just slapping all weights on and pumping like im superman, im concentrating the musclegroups and the workouts.

Also the pumps are so amazing, I cant even take a bath before 1 hour after workout because i cant move my arms because of pump hahah (not complaining :))

Im reading everything you write twice. Ill go for the same cyclus as you. Maybe with a little less TEST E ( 400mg Primo + 250 TEST E ) But lets see - after reading your log Im thinking why not go the same as yours :)
 
Ok tarzan :) you are reading it twice because of my crappy english hahaha? :). I dont have much bloat, also because low carb diet. I had more bloat when i was on test e only, but i also ate alot of carbs then. This time im going more clean, but last weeks high carbing can be seen on my body hehe, a little more bloat but im going to clean diet again, I was slacking it a little last week :) I would recommend the same doses as me, im REALLY happy and im going to run same cycle again in March. :)
 
haha no its not your english - its just that I dont want to miss out on any point. So you are eating 4000kcal and out of those 4000kcal you are having 4 protein shakes. That would be around 1000 kcal. But what are you eating then ? I mean how many carbs do you eat in a low carb diet ?

Also I was wondering about your stats ? Height and weight?
 
Hi guys. First Tarzan my stats is: 90kg, 179cm, bf about 10-12.

I have got a problem, 2 days after my last primo shot i got pain in my right cheek, and i had it 2 days now and it still hurts, there is no red color or swollen that i can feel, so its no infection right? It really hurts, i can lay on my right side in bed, and good thing i just worked out my legs because it would be impossible right now. It almost feel like I torn a muscle or something. I am just afraid of an infection beacuse i never felt this pain before after injecting.
 
I think you all ready know all this but anyway. The deeper you inject into the center of a muscle group, the better.If you inject too quickly it can tear tissue. Being in a hot tub, or jacuzzi, or warm bubble bath can help also.

awesome bro. i cant wait to run my primo cycle.

I'm not gonna go heavy when i run my cycle either, just gonna rip myself up.. more muscle, less fat.

how does this cycle compare with your past cycles in terms of water retention?
 
Hi guys just came home from workout, when my body got warmed up the pain in the cheek got better, but now im cold again and it hurts like a mf :) They weight is same as last week, i also had bad eating week, i have been so busy and too many problems and stressed out, but i am going to pull myself together now again.

The water isnt bad at all, almost no water, also depends on your diet. I am eating clean so not much water, or non at all. Anyway, strengh still rising. even though I had bad eating week I still gained strengh :) I was real strong today hehe, loving it :)
