First of all stevesmi, i deffently dropped in bf% but dont have numbers. but im sure that the diet is all about the bf% because last week i had kinda high carb diet and slacked a little and bf% went up a little too, or water i dont know but i can see it. Muscle is gained no doubt, if you go same doses as me and have clean but high protein diet you can gain more than 5 pounds pure muscle.
New weight is +5,5kg, like tarzan noticed I weigh myself every monday, im still REALLY happy and the strengh is STILL rising, its really really nice

starting to wonder is there no limit for the strengh hahaha

but im watching out for my joints, dont want any injurys. So im not just slapping all weights on and pumping like im superman, im concentrating the musclegroups and the workouts.
Also the pumps are so amazing, I cant even take a bath before 1 hour after workout because i cant move my arms because of pump hahah (not complaining

)
