Just saw this lifting weight, thought I'd share.

The old lady on the cellphone doing the rotary torso machine is priceless. Real hardcore dungeon there.
 
Hahah I really do think this is a chiropractor office and the guy wrist spotting/bird legs is probably his chiropractor. Not sure who the old ladies are, maybe clients.
 
what a pussy dropping the weights.. he probably left them there he was too spent..

I have women that i train that can do that..
 
Probably a PT office. The rotary torso machine is bad on the low back. I (I'm a Doctor of Chiropractic) get a lot of people with sore low backs coming in my office after using that for a while.

Any advice for a guy with scoliosis?

SHould I be deadlifting/squatting? my scoliiosis condition isn't too bad. It's only visible if you're aware of it.
 
Pretty sure that's a hospital gym. The white walls with no mirrors and the old people are a dead giveaway. That and the fact a guy lifting those weights thinks he's super hardcore.

I've heard dudes before claiming to have these ridiculous db lateral numbers, and I'm like wtf....I don't see Coleman doing 90 pound laterals (the way they're supposed to be done). Now I know how they do it. Why have I been such a pussy doing 40-50 pound stricty stiley laterals? We need to rename this though, the "delt snatch"? whaddya think guys?

i never knew what that exercise was called but i love 'em.
double handed is much harder

i have scoliosis too and mine is also only noticeable if i point it out and even then, barely.

i havent had any back problems related to deadlifting or squatting. id say, carry on.
