The test and the var for sure. . .don't know about the other stuff. Also, it will be atleast 90 days after everything has cleared your system before you're going to see any appreciable, positive changes in count and/or motility. . .even with clomid. Bottom line. . .if you are really trying to get pregnant, get off and plan on staying off. . .probably for quite a while too.

This is why i am 28 and still not planing on having kids till I am 30.
