Just Downloaded Pumping Iron

Everyone I work out work out with as been ranting about this documentary Pumping Iron, as well as some of you here at Elite. I've gotta say, this is the MOST motivational thing I have ever seen. Those old school bodybuilders were more than inspirational. The quotes from Arnold and Lou are just unforgettable. I can't stop watching the film over and over. I can't wait to go to the gym tommorow!!!!!!!! Anyone know if its available on DVD???

Arnold only weighed 220 when he made the first terminator. 6'1" and 220 is not that big. Yet he looked monstrous.

LOL, yeah that was a bit surprising when I first saw it. I bet Arnold is just one of the coolest, nicest guys you'll ever meet!!!

i enjoyed the Cinemax special celebrating the 25th anniversary of pumping iron..they played the movie and then had a 30 min special afterwards interviewing all the bb'ers and producers/directors in the movie and arnold as they discussed and explained what REALLY happened during filming..what was left out and also how some realities were "skewed" to give a more entertaining subplot

it was pretty funny when at age 55+ these guys were still busting each other's balls...i forget who but they made fun of Arnold for the "advices" scene LOL

oh and Lou gave a nice bicep shot to arnold as he walked up to him...Lou defintely still has it.
