You have some serious meat on those legs (in a good way). Back width is something i'd say you could use a little more of though.
 
Yeah, you're back does need some work. Maybe it's because you have pretty big arms in your rear lat shot. It looks like your lats need more work than your rhomboids.

Lats do need work but it is also that I am not comfortable with flaring them yet really need to work on my posing.

looks like you have put on some muscle for sure from previous pics. you have a beautiful upper body and behind, flawless skin.

am i allowed to say this without getting jumped on? but you could use a little less muscle on your legs as they are slightly out of proportion from your upper body.

have always been curious about your face. bet it is lovely.
 
You look great but you knew this already lol...As for your legs being bigger then the top half,there nothing wrong with that at all! Most pro women i have seen always have bigger legs and smaller tops.Thats just how women are and its funny how women's legs always look better then men's... Rememebr we all cant look perfect but as long as your happy with yourself thats all that count!

Glennds I am actually trying to bring up my back a bit rather then bring down my legs. The legs are going to decrease naturally as I continue to diet and cut and hopefully I can get my back widith and thickness up a bit.
 
Looking great girl. I think your back is looking great, really work on your posing. It's too hard to tell what you may need to bring up until you get comfortable doing the poses. Overall back thickness is awesome, especially the lower back the deadlifting really shows. Looks like your leaning out well. On the posing just remember the three rules to it Practice, Practice, Practice. Best of wishes to on the rest of you training for the comp. If you need any questions answered just ask.

Circus sex is where you try tons of positions and preferably have some sort of sex swing. ;)

Also it's saying shutterfly is down but I will definately be giving my opinion after it's back up and i have time to look. Even though it's prolly going to be the same as everyone else.

But hey I'm sure you never get tired of hearing you're super hott!! :bigkiss:

You have some muscle there and a bunch in your legs. Lean it out, drop your BF and you'll give the girls in the show's you enter a real hard time.
 
You need more Dial_tone.
 
you have a nice stomach it's very flat. With regards to critiscm I would say the long head of the triceps and rear deltoids could use some more focus. Also, can you feel your lats contracting? I think this comes as you get better w/the mind-muscle link. One thing that helps this area for sure is to retract your scapula before you do any pulling movements (pullups/pulldowns, rows). Another thing, you may need to lower the weight and increase contraction time on your pulls to really feel the muscle. :)

I am starting to really feel my lats now when I do back I hit them first with pull ups then do some heavy pull downs and move to heavy rows. My rear delts to feel them I have to really lower the weight and do the reps very slow. I need to take some new pics.

The legs look amazing QT! Your hard work and dedication is obvious. :)

For your back: I've always had great luck with mixing pull ups into my workouts... That is, if you aren't using them already. I usually do them when I'm done with the weights. I do reps to muscle failure (most of the time) and I'm liking the growth that I'm seeing.

u said criticism, so I'll hold the compliments ...

1) didnt read the whole thread so it may have been said already, but ur Quads/Glutes/hams overwhelm the rest of you - obviously they grow like weeds. no more heavy squats for a bit, till the rest of you catches up - use just machines (leg xtentions, leg curls, etc) for high reps/ low weight on legs -

2) same issue, u need more medial delts and lats to balance off ur lower body

3) I cant tell from pix in ur gallery, but be mindful of possibly underdeveloped pecs under all those boobs :D - you may be surprised after you lose more BF (a common "oops" with large boobed girls who lose lots of bodyfat - and therefore lots of boobs - for the 1st time to expose poorly developed pecs)

You should have read it cause eveything but the pec issue came up. LOL Don't worry I hit my chest hard cause my boobs are shrinking fast. I stopped squating weeks ago and my legs workout is now basically what you listed. Also I said constructive criticism not rip me a new one LOL. Compliments are nice I just didn't want my ass kissed needlessy, as I see where a lot of work needs to be done. I preffer an honest assesment over and ass kissing any day.
