well when i was your age (holy shit i sound extremely old...quick kick me in the junk!!) i had a fast metabolism and was pretty much injury free...so i decided to just bulk (extremely dirty

) thinking getting back down again would be a breeze...
got up 205lbs from 175 lbs in 6 months...pretty lean...no 6pack..more like a 2 pack...i guess i was around 13% bf but then i kept injuring myself and i pretty much became a 200lb weakling...strength levels were gone from not powerlifitng anymore ...ever since then my metabolism has slowed tremendously...if i eat right and do my cardio like i'm supposed to then i don't think cutting will be a problem.
i'm easing into it right now and during the weekend i'll bump it up a notch so that for monday i'll be dropping it like it's hot
