i've been slacking with my diet logs on the weekends....let's just say i ate alot and i ate often...
i'm trying not to feel to guilty about eating shrimp parm and fried chicken over the weekend but i am on a bulking diet and thats what i'm going to do!!! although all of my meals during the week will be just more oatmeal and brown rice...and a few more scoops of anpb before bed
i weigh 165lbs this morning...up from 163lbs last thurs when i started the new diet. my plan is to do this until the last weekend of september...and start my cutting again at 175lbs. i would like to be 180lbs but that would require more of a dirty bulk i think...we'll see how i progress.
todays diet
meal 1
- 1 cup oats 25g of pro from egg whites, 25g from casein blend
2 whole eggs
tb of pb
- multi, vit e and b12, fish oil, green tea
meal 2
- 1 cup of eggwhites, 3 whole eggs, 1 cup of oats
meal 3
- big yam, 8oz grilled chicken
meal 4
- can if tuna and apple
PWO
- gaotrade or dext, 25g whey
meal 5
- grilled chicken, 1 1/2 cup of brown rice, green beans
one more meal of pro carbs (1 cup oats, beef or chicken)
meal 6
- 2tbsp of anpb and cotage cheese or big flank steak and egg whites
