- hammers strength press 2x12 2 plates and 10's
- incline flyes 2x15 30lbs

- weighted pull ups 2x8 w/ 25lb dumbell went a little wider then usual...felt it more in my lats...much better! arms and shoulders were getting less work
- seated rows 2x12 160lbs used wide grip bar instead of close grip
shoulders
- front military presses 1x12 145lbs (shoulders felt good)
- reverse flyes 1x20 30lbs time to up the weight

- side laterals 1x12 35lbs
- upright rows 1x12 90 lbs
arms
- one arm preacher curls 2x12 30lbs (did these nice and slow...my arms were completely swollen after...pump was unreal)
- lying tri extensions 2x12 90 lbs
abs
- hanging leg raises 3x20
- crunches 3x20
workout went well...wish i had a spotter on front presses i think i could have gotten 1-2 more...oh well.
going to do legs today followed by 20 minutes of cardio...i think i'll make every thursday my leg day....and keep the rest of the schedule as is...
