I just had the best workout of my life. Shoulders and tris:
95 pound db shoulder press- RIP bitch! 5 reps (previous best- 90's for 8 while on cycle!)
225 lb CGBP- Choke to death on my on my nuts! 8 reps no spot, 9th rep forced
115 pound french press- Get assraped in hell you punk turd! 6 reps
I can't friggin believe this happened on a day when I only ate a bowl of chili and 3 cups of coffee, and slept 5 hours the night before! And I start cycle 2 in a couple weeks (last cycle was a year and a half ago)! Nucking futs!
