JM Press Help Please

Ok I know the JM Press is a cross between close grip bench press and skull crushers(extensions) but I'm still not real sure on the form. Can someone please explain it to me? I have read all the explanations but Im still not real sure. Do you take the bar down like you are going to do a close grip bench then let it go back towards your head like an extension? If thats correct do you then push it back to the top from that position? Im just a little confused.
 
the best way to do it, and i saw it in the louie simmons video, is to take like a shoulder width grip and the bring it down like a bench, but your bringing it down over your throat, then stop about 4 to 5 inches from your throat and push it back up, might be able to copy it off the video for you if you want
