JH1 loves him some HST training.... at least when I running without Juicey Juice... but how about on the gear?

So... my HST is pretty high rep... 15 reps, right? Typical HST.

In the past, on gearolio, I always used more weight/lower rep setups. But in the past - 3 years ago or so - i had never done HST, now I love it. So if I were to Juice it up, what do you bors recommend? Drop HST all together?

Right now I am doing full body HST Every Day, 6 days a week.

It's typical HST 15 reps, next muscle. Working your weight up each day.
 
So ur only doing 15's as part of your HST? Most only use 15's for recouperation, they often get dropped completely unless your feeling shot after u've cycled 10's & 5's.

The HST board is a good place to be asking about running gear whilst using HST. There are a few train of thoughts on how to approach it. Theres a sticky over there from blade & Bryan which is helpful.

I don't know much about HST (I do know that the 15 reps are just in the beginning, and that a lot of guys skip them as they feel they're useless for their goals)....if it is solid training that enables a natural trainee to make gains, then with an enhanced stimulus from gear it will be that much better.

Good training is good training, regardless of drugs.

As for something constructive to add I agree with T on this one. Good training is good training. Meaning, as long as sound excercises, progression and frequency are being accounted for it good training. Regardless of drugs.
