It's everywhere!! Hydrogenation is a process whereby liquid oil (at room temperature) is processed to become a solid. This process is hydrogenation which produces said hydrogenated oils and trans fats. These fats are not needed by the body & harms it. I try to avoid it whereever possible. I read labels & try to not buy anything that has it listed as an ingredient.

Don't beat yourself up about slipping up. I'm sure it happens to all of us. I went through that a week or two ago. I love too cook and it is hard for me to cook plain rice and grilled meat (especially, when it is cold outside). I'm getting use to the new diet (and I have to admit I feel lighter).
