I have a quiz for you:
I've never had ANPB, does it taste the same as regular Skippy?
Do they have extra Crunchy ANPB?
Why would you choose one over the other?

ANPB's ingredients are: Peanuts, salt instead of the sugar & other crap Skippy does. It's thicker & grainier than Skippy. Your mouth has to "work it" a bit more. I like it best now cuz it's an intense peanut taste instead of that sweet, sugar taste Skippy has. Plus, ANPB has no hydrogenated oils.

I like Almond Butter too.

Heart disease, stroke, death, diabetes, etc.....

It's everywhere!! Hydrogenation is a process whereby liquid oil (at room temperature) is processed to become a solid. This process is hydrogenation which produces said hydrogenated oils and trans fats. These fats are not needed by the body & harms it. I try to avoid it whereever possible. I read labels & try to not buy anything that has it listed as an ingredient.

143lbs today.........30.7% bodyfat per the Tanita -- but it has gone down according to that stupid thing....
 
LOL @ you two -- it usually reads between 33-37% in the morning so 30% is an all time low!! Yay!! :rolleyes:
 
Interesting thing to note:

My "." is starting to "start" today.... and I'm noticing less "symptoms" than previously...... I was very irritated yesterday, but very little pain and just all the symptoms are reduced..... don't know if that's in relation to lower bf% or not -- but it works for me!! :D

Diet definitely plays a role. When I eat well, the only symptom I have is a minor headache the day before. However, I'm still somewhat emotional. I've been bloated for about a week now (my bf didn't even notice).

I didn't notice any bloating at all & NO breast tenderness, which is nice.... Just mainly pissy yesterday at everything....

My hipbones are still poking thru a bit....so bloating isn't as much a factor as usual..... so far, it's nice to not be bed ridden!

Interesting comment -- since I haven't been drinking, I am noticing that people who do drink become very annoying once they have had a few.... :rolleyes:
 
Aside from 2 glasses of shiraz this weekend, I haven't had a drink since New Year's. I am completely impatient with the bar crowd. If you are in a social setting and dont' drink, part of it is just sitting back & watching other people. Its good for a laugh or two if you are in the right frame of mind to do it. Otherwise you start feeling like the girl who had a hot date planned but Mom made you stay home & watch your annoying little brother & his stupid friends.

No, I wasn't out or anything.... but hubby had 2 - 24oz beers at a late lunch and I'm finding myself easily annoyed by his behavior when I'm not drinking.... :evil:

Apparently mine does too, yesterday I did abs and cardio, and signed out a machine for 2 20 minute intervals (cause i needed it for 30 minutes) and i was a few minutes late getting to the machine and this girl was on my machine, so I went up to her nicely :verygood: and asked her how long she has left, and the b*tch doesn't answer me just gives me a dirty look, I was couldn't believe it, I was like well I guess you didn't hear me I asked how long you have left, and she screws up her face and was like well you signed it out twice and you can only sign it out once. I was like I know what I did and I could careless what YOU THINK I should know now answer the f*cking question before I pull your dumb ass off the f*cking machine HOW LONG DO YOU HAVE LEFT?? She screws her face up again and was like 8 minutes, I said thank you that was hard wasn't it!!!

damn she pissed me off,and I have a great session :)

Apparently mine does too, yesterday I did abs and cardio, and signed out a machine for 2 20 minute intervals (cause i needed it for 30 minutes) and i was a few minutes late getting to the machine and this girl was on my machine, so I went up to her nicely :verygood: and asked her how long she has left, and the b*tch doesn't answer me just gives me a dirty look, I was couldn't believe it, I was like well I guess you didn't hear me I asked how long you have left, and she screws up her face and was like well you signed it out twice and you can only sign it out once. I was like I know what I did and I could careless what YOU THINK I should know now answer the f*cking question before I pull your dumb ass off the f*cking machine HOW LONG DO YOU HAVE LEFT?? She screws her face up again and was like 8 minutes, I said thank you that was hard wasn't it!!!

damn she pissed me off,and I have a great session :)

Yeah, at my gym we're not allowed to sign up for 2 20min sessions either.... I stayed on for the 25 mins cuz no one was there -- when I was on my last cycle the 12-noon crowd started to file in, so I got done & was outta there...

Same reason 3-6 mg melatonin will make you sleep but more will make you wake up in the middle of the night

when I decide to go out and wopp it up (saturday, for instance) I always wake up about 2am (provided I'm in bed by 11, otherwise later). I was thinking low blood sugar or something. Only happens when I drink.

Don't beat yourself up about slipping up. I'm sure it happens to all of us. I went through that a week or two ago. I love too cook and it is hard for me to cook plain rice and grilled meat (especially, when it is cold outside). I'm getting use to the new diet (and I have to admit I feel lighter). As it gets warmer, staying out of the kitchen will be easier.
