Also drank a "Posertini" today..... so named thanks to Sassy!

Totals: approx. 1707 cals, 150g carb, 25g fiber, 134g protein, 59g fat (17g sat, 4g poly, 15g mono)
**not including the Posertini, not sure of the cals on it.....

Thought about some things today:

From skiing in December I hurt my knee, and it still hurts. I'm going to call a sports med dr. tomorrow & see if I can get an appt.

Started taking my glucosamine & chondroiten meds again yesterday -- keep forgetting.

After my "vacation" last week -- and my pedicure beforehand & massage there -- I need to do both at least 1x per month.....my feet & bod take a beating & I felt a lot better after the massage.... plus without a pedicure, my toenails just hurt from running...

Oh and I need to get some pics posted.....

Good thing I have a rope hanging from the ceiling I can use to pull myself out of bed....... j/k

Well I don't have an official "carb-up" day........ Remember last week when I was on vacation?? I was as careful with my diet as I could be, but had drinks (lots!) & dessert when offered. Meals were as clean as they could be, considering the meals were provided & either sit down or buffet.

So I would say, last week..........
 
try to make it until Fridy at dinner - and be selective until sat night.

Oh no, I realize that -- but she gets around fine and moves around fine, eats & drinks fine, etc....she's really not unhealthy....she has kitty Alzheimer's basically....

We just Madonna-proofed the house: Put a piece of drywall up, ala baby gate, so she can't come upstairs and taped a big thick 55-gal drum bag to the floor on top of the carpet & topped it with newspaper where she's been peeing so she now pees on the newpaper like a puppy......

If she was in pain or obviously unhealthy, I'd be ok with it....but till then....

Have you ever tried spaghetti squash? It's low in carbs (for a veggie that's not green) It's tastey too. Drizzle some SF maple syrup over it.

I think I had a strong workout tonite, but I'm feeling "weak" and kinda blah right now....I don't feel "satisfied" for any length of time -- fullness wise

Hoping I can get up & maybe drive to the gym early am or I'll just do a video....

Gonna do sushi tomorrow nite!! Can't wait!!

The purpose of the program is to train heavy to failure....to encourage muscle growth.....

Yeah, really!! And to add insult to injury when I got home, I shoveled snow.......It's warm enough today & it's soft enough that I could get the rest of it off the sidewalk....... I'm beat now!! ;)

Best guess on the totals today: 2053 cals, 60g fat (14g sat, 13g poly, 15g mono), 164g carb, 26g fiber, 171g protein
