You should see a Chiropractor. I see one a few times a year and he is great!

Mine said that he adjusts pregnant ladies because of the weight you are carrying in your front, it compresses the weight in your lower spine something like 300 times more than is normal.

So he adjusts and the preggos feel so much relief.

I have never been pregnant so I have not had it done, but it make sense to me.

You should really give it a try. It couldn't hurt...

If you do it, look for someone who practices the Thompson chiropractic method.

That is the true and best technique around...the rest are just a waste and out to get your $$$.

My Dad saw 3 different chiropractors who just dicked him around and suffered for 6 months, I got him to mine and after 3 sessions he was perfect.

So it does work and I was not a believer in this stuff at all myself, but after trying it I know it can help a lot.
