I had my first injection of 250 mg Egypt Sust today. I had a RN supervisor to coach me through the first injection. I did a glute shot with a 25g 1.5" pin. She (the RN) showed me a real easy way to find a correct spot to shoot the glute and it was not difficult to reach. I timed the injection just to see how long I was taking, I shot it all in just under 4 minutes and figured I could have went a lot quicker but its was not uncomfortable in the 4 minutes.
So now that I am 1 step above a Noob, I am ready for some growth...I think I am going to go have a 75 gram protien shake!

shouldnt take more than 2 minutes including amp breakage, loading the syringe, and shooting.

Thanks guys, I had a really Kick-ass workout today....I guess it was just the mental aspect of being excited about finally be on a cycle. I have had the Sust sitting around for a few weeks now and have been itching to get to it. Anyway, I really fried my chest and triceps today. I know strength gains wont "kick-in" for a while...but maybe recovery will be better...hehe
