Ok guys I am 36 and 5'11 at 162 pounds. I was at 234 pounds and 34% BF about a year ago. Rode the shit out of my mountain bike all year.

For the last 3 months my BF will not go below 18% So this is what I came up with. I am doing 30mg Winny per day and 250 test enth on Sundays.

Please let me know if this is a good idea or bad.

Mon - 15 min cardio then 20min chest then 15 min cardio.
Tue - 15 min cardio then 20min Legs then 15 min cardio.
Mon - 15 min cardio then 20min arms then 15 min cardio.
Thur- 15 min cardio then 20min chest then 15 min cardio.
Mon - 15 min cardio then 30min arms/legs then 15 min cardio.

Weekends off or maybe light cardio. I am using weights and machines for all work outs and bike and treadmill for cardio burning 200-300 calories per day.

Diet is 1500 calories low carb lean. Protein shake after workout.

I feel good and been doing it for 2 weeks now.
