I remember going to Baylor for 3 months and my friend ( now an orthopedic surgeon ) was one of the smallest guys on the football team. I have a photo with them (From 86) and he looks small and I look like a "nonentity" :-)

I fully agree,bro you haven't even started getting your goddamned feet wet as far as training programs,proper eating and supplementation in any way shape or form........yet you're wanting to jump in the deep in end over your head by trying androgens immediately for a 'quick fix'.you don't even have a decent foundation to build upon or any muscle maturity for that matter.

if anything gains depend more on your training and diet than anything else,for you to even state that you want to 'cut' when you only weigh 132 fucking pounds is comical at best and sad realistically.bro educate yourself because it sounds like you're entirely in the fucking dark.hang out here and read until your eyes fucking bleed.

I’m not sure why I’m spending time writing on this thread. You obviously aren’t going to follow the advice of all of the knowledgeable and experienced bros on here. Remember, some of these guys have been working out 20 times longer than you have. You weigh 132 lbs. and you are talking about using roids to get cut and you have only been training for nine months (and your diet was off the whole time).

If you insist on using gear now (which I totally disagree with, but you're going to do it anyway) just do 10 weeks of Test E at 400mg/week and PCT.

You will be disappointed with an all-oral cycle.
 
I would suggest a low fat diet, lots of healthy complex carbs - bread, pasta, whole grains. Do lots of cardio too, to really burn the fat off and be sure to double your training volume while on cycle to take advantage of the regenrative powers of A A S

something like monday - chest & bis, tuesday arms and pecs, wed chest bis tris, thursday, some additional pec work with maybe arms and friday repeat mondays workout.

Anadrol is the best option for you as it's an oral and you don't need to inject into a vein (which can give you HIV), take 3 tablets a day, one after each meal and take another three after each workout.

i know im not the best here but im 5' 10" and 200 lbs and 10% bf.. a year and a half ago i was 160 and 12.5% bf. all i started doing was eating a sh*tload and got my training down(lots of reading and asking around from more expeienced people). so i pretty much put on 32 lbs. in that time( put on 8lbs on cycle so far. into week 5) and i just barely started my first cycle(which i also researched about 6 months before i did it) so anyone out there who thinks it cant be done it can.
