Is this gyno

I have a painful red bump above my left nipple. It is not touching my nipple but right above it. My actual nipple doesn't hurt. I'm in my forth week of sust 500mg, and first week of fina 75 mg eod. Probably a pimple but just wanted to get your opinion.

If it's painful, red, and right above the nipple, I'm guessing it's more a pimple than it is any kind of gyno.

def not gyno, now when you have a big ass hard ball under you nip like me, then you got gyno <~~why am i so happy to have gyno? because i decided i'm gonna get that shit removed and then i'll be able to play with deca w/out worrying about aggravating it.

Hardtime do you know anybody who has had this done, and know what there scars look like? A buddy of mine just had it done and they cut out what they said was c cups.....he now has scars about 3 inches long across the middle of his nipples...they look awful and there is no way they will ever look completely normal..I told him that I thought it wasn't supposed to show after having it done....so if I were him I would go kill that fuckin doctor!!
