well i met this one chick... shes from argentina.. and shes GORGEOUS. well not like some blonde bimbo from cali gorgeous or hedi klum super model gorgeous.. but rather, beautiful and classy. her smile is incredible.. and ofcourse her south american booty .. MY GOD! shes got above average looks but she dresses very conservative and is sooo innocent- there is not a single slut fiber in her body. shes one of the nicest most polite girls ive ever met and very intelligent and i want to ask her out. shes always smiling, and ive never heard her swear once (cuz i hate it when chicks cuss excessively) only problem is shes kinda young. well just last week she started teething- just kidding! shes 16yrs old, im 19, gonna turn 20 next month? should i ask her out?

Canada. 14 was legal until recently. They changed it to 16 recently.

And please, do not listen to anybody here who blindly decides that a person is more mature than another person based on age alone. There are plenty of examples all around us that dispute this.
 
Why don't you date her, find out if she was really too young, and then come back and tell us because this exact subject dominates at LEAST, my guess, 8% of all EF C and C threads.

I could start dating older guys, too, and we could do a study or experiment. lol.

That is sort of a bad attitude. She may be just fine with your being a college student working in a pizza parlor. I'm sure she was in your position once, too.

With regard to the younger chick, I would only date her if you like her so much that you are willing to wait until she is legal to have sex. Otherwise, risking a jail sentence and sex offender status is pretty stupid when there are other fish in the sea.

i dont get this 16 yrs old is a child? shes turning 17 in like 4 months... then ill 3 months into my 20th year. i mean 3 yrs not a huge age gap especially since i have the mentality of a 14yr old. i mean look at swolenole .. hes got a 15 yr age gap with his wife.. not that im saying hes strange or anything- but thats 5 x the age gap between me and this chick. i have a friend who happens to be a girl, whose 17 and shes going out with a 32 yr old guy. now thats fucking creepy... besides the legal consentual age in canada is 18 i believe... if this girl is worth it (which jus tbased on 5 encounters i am sure she is- u just gotta meet her to feel her vibe) i have no problem waiting a yr. no sex for ayr? big whoop i went 18 yrs without it lol.

My only beef was with the "slut fibers" part of your post. If you view having a sexual appetite as having "slut fibers" you would reign yourself in to dating virgins (usually kids) or prudes. I wish you would learn to appreciate that women have healthy sex drives just as men do. It doesn't make us sluts, it makes us human.

i dont care if i date virgins or something... and im all for women empowerment or sexual reign or whatever, but having a 'healthy' sex drive at 16..comeon. do u really encourage girls under the age of say, 17 to go around having sex?
 
I wouldn't do it if it isn't legal. You don't want to end up in prison for that crime, or for any crime, but especially that one.
