Is this a decent routine?

Ive hit the weight room about a month ago and so far ive just been randomly doing shit in order to get accustomed to the form and stuff. But I feel i need to organize it more so is this considered a good routine, the author claims its good, is from http://www.building-muscle101.com/4-day-mass-building-routine.html

Routing:

4 Day Mass Builder
Day 1- Chest and Tri's

4 X 10 Incline bench Press

4 X 10 Flat Bench Press

4 X 10 Decline Bench Press

3 X 10 Dumbell Flys

3 X 10 Weighted Dips

3 X 10 Skull Crushers

3 X 10 Close Grip Bench Presses

Last set of each excersize until failure.

Day 2- Legs

4 X 15 Leg Extensions

4 X 12 Hack Squat

3 X 10 Leg Press

3 X 10 Leg Curl

4 X until failure- calf press on leg press machine

Day 3- Rest

Day 4- Back and Bi's

4 X 10 Bent Over Barbell Rows

4 X 10 Lat Pulldowns

4 X 10 Close grip Pullups

4 X 15 Hyperextensions

4 X 10 Preacher Curls

4 X 10 Reverse Standing Barbell Curls

4 X 10 Dumbell Curls on Preacher bench

4 X 10 Hammer Curls

Day 5 Shoulders and Traps

4 X 10 Military Press

4 X 10 Front, Rear and Side Delt raises.

4 X 15 Barbell Shrugs
 
In all seriousness it's terrible, to such an extent that you'd be better off finding a different routine than trying to fix this one. Take a look at the sticky for some ideas.
 
That is the worst routine I have ever seen - no wait, I did read a worse one in a MF mag...or maybe it was Flex - not sure. Either way it reminds me of a routine you would see in that trash.

1. No squats? You are joking right b/c the rest of that leg stuff is worthless nonsense.
2. No Deadlifts? Is this a type-o?
3. Military are being done seated or standing?

You are going to buck at some of the training principles you will read in the training sticky but if your serious about growing I suggest you get to reading.

actually, since you're a newbie in the weight room (no offense), you are lucky you discovered the weightlifting forum on EF so early in your lifting career before all the trash that clouds bodybuilding/weightlifting enters your system. as CS said, read the training sticky... maybe pick up the old school training routine or ripetoe's 3x5. just ask questions if you need to.
 
Again, to answer the question, that routine sucks for more reasons that I want to type, but if you want me to be more specific, I will. On a funny note, the author of the routine did call preacher curls a "compound lift", so at least he made me laugh this morning.

uday...read through the stickies at the top of the board a little and post some of your goals and you can gets lots of good info.
