My diet is on point I think. Eating like every 2.5-3 hours. 3300-3500 calories a day. High protein/complex carbs. Post work out shake with whey/dextrose.
i don"t the cough when on tren and this being a different lab you might not this time around. for me i can tell tren is working in bout a week strength gains don"t really come on until week 2
