AWESOME THREAD!! I actually wanted to start one like this, but I wasn't sure about the rules. I smoke 3-4 times a week.....especially after a workout (and subsequent shower) it feel GREAT. You really feel the pump in all your muscles you worked that day, and you feel ripped. I love it. I did hear, however, about the whole estrogen thing. Does anyone have any articles or anything that addresses this? I used to burn down like 2x a day, but my tolerance got way too high and it cost way too much, so I stopped doing that.
I have also smoked b4 lifting, and I do notice I move slower, and more chilled out in the gym, but when good music hits, I REALLY get into it, and I can throw up some massive sets. Karma for the threadstarter!
