is it ever too late to begin lifting...?

what is the age at which it is too late for someone to start lifting seriously and get excellent results? or is it never too late?
The day after you Die

its never to late

but dont wait until your old and have lost all your marbles to start

all you will do is scare the other members of the gym.

I don't think it is ever too late to supplement your test levels-in fact it may improve quality of life and diminish the ever controversial "male menopause".

As far as weight training, again it is never to late. In studies, relative strength gains (by percentage) actually improve more the first month in elderly adults that have never weight trained, than they do in a younger population.

i agree with tombstone
i think that supplementing with smaller amounts of testosterone would probably improve quality of life. along with a little exercise this would work well..........;)

You can start at any age. I have guys at my gym who are lifting hard and look great, some are even 60+ and goin strong.
