Is "Going to the Movies" a waste of time?

I personally hate going to the movies. I'll only go if its a real boring sunday and I am not hungry enough to go eat something with my friends. I rather read my arnold book or something. I might go with a chick if I wanna save some cash and not hit a club or something.

My friends used to work there and one used to even manage Sony for a couple years. Hell I even used to work there and I still have free passes and can see movies for free but I still don't go. Anyone else agree with me?

I think it's a waste of money. I'd rather download them and sacrifice audio/video quality. The last movie I saw at the theater was Gladiator and Beyond The Mat before that.

actually, since it is my field of choice... i live for movies and have to admit that popcorn is my downfall

Yeah I have to admit it...I'm somewhat of a movie buff myself. I just really enjoy going to the movies. Of course the company your with can really help too
