well actually thats not the case anymore about domestic packages being extremely safe. there have been a ton of sources getting popped lately and the postal service knows that sources send express and priority on a regular basis.
theres one type of mail delivery that doesnt require a warrant first. i cant remember if its first class mail or what but i know that not all mail requires a warrant. ups, fedex, different courriers like that dont require warrants either.
so generally speaking, you may wanna go with a domestic source whos extremely low key these days or go with an international source who has a remailer.
either way you go, recieving a package isnt as safe today as it was just a couple of months ago

they aint gonna do a controlled delivery unless you are getting like 20k worth of gear. even if they find like 1k worth of shit they wont care just confiscate it..
