In order of importance.... What 3 body parts to you guys think u need to work on and make better?

1. Quads
2. Chest
3. Delts

of course, I need to (and am) working on the entire body to make it all better, but those are probably my hardest to develop. And of course my right tricep. That fucker is a dwarf compared to the left! :(

Chest-Big But Lacking Lower Definition

Im on a bulker right now and i cant believe the abs are gone
