In order of importance.... What 3 body parts to you guys think u need to work on and make better?

Neck??? You mean Traps? lol...anyone remember those "neck machines" in highschool? Press your head against the pad and move it by flexing your neck, etc. Waste!

Do deads and throw in some shrugs if need be.
 
ya ghost i feel ya there my neck is actually the thing i want to work with the most but other than shrugs what lifts can i do would love to know

wtf you mean neck? what's wrong with your neck? can't hold that big ol head of yours?? :p Seriously? you have a pencil neck or something? If your neck isn't growing with deads, rows, shrugs, anything that works the traps, then it may not grow much at all.

Sometimes genetics are just that. You may be limited to a relatively smaller neck compared to the rest of your body. But, if the rest of your body gets bigger, your neck will too...it just may always look rather small in comparison to the rest of you.
