Hi all,
I am currently in Mexico City on business. This afternoon I took a walk around the area I am staying (Polanco, north of Chapultepec park). Visited about 5 pharmacies; a big supermarket syle, and several smaller ones. I have my little list of items I am looking for (mainly winny, var) and so far have been fully shutdown. Often the pharmacist would have a look at the list, sometimes even go in the back, then come back, 'sorry nothing'. Some places just took one look and 'sorry'. One time the pharms had a little circle pow-wow and then came back 'sorry'. Granted I am not a local and dont' speak much Spanish, but I have been low key and non-heaty. Does anyone have any suggestions? I will be here until Mon, and would like to take a little back with me. I was really looking forward to some selection and decent prices, but it seems like times have changed?
