improving my squats without hurting myself

Seems like every time I try to push heavier weight with my squads I end up hurting my back or my knees or hips start bothering me
looking for some suggestions on here for solutions to this. I know it’s hard to help without showing me in a video but was wondering if you could give me any tips and pointers

do more hack squats that works for me and normal squats
 
if your knees and hips are hurting you then you're not doing them right
 
sounds like you're probably overtraining
don't do so much weight do lighter weight
