Implant for ruptured biceps

Ruptured a bicep tendon 10 years ago (from the elbow). At the time the surgery to repair was not recommended due to potential nerve damage.
Does anyone know if an implant would work in this situation. It sucks being in shape but having a crappy bicep on one side?

I don't think any such implant exist, and I sell surgical implants for a living. I know how you feel about the biceps tedon, tore mine (bad) about 10 years ago, Besides appearance, I have lost strength in that arm and my triceps is smaller too, go figure.

i just ruptured tendon couple weeks ago gotta big ugly dent in it ---i am more worried bout rotator cuff though can't wait for the mri
