Well, my reasonable logic can be found all over my site (SwoleCat Forums) , along with those "scientific proof" referrals as you requested "sir" Take a looksie a@ MY BOARD, look a my clients, talk to them, look around, see who's all there, see who/what/why things/people are recommended, and gather all kinds of insight. then look at my pics. As well, look at the studies POSTED at my board about equal reduction of all macros as u suggesting making one a "SMALLER, JUST AS FAT PERSON", meaning same bodyfat percentatge. That is indeed what happens when you do as you have outlined. There are ways around that my man. I do what bodybuilders who compete know how to do, that is get shredded. They do not reduce over-all calories equally for optimal fat loss, trust me, I am one who does it all the time. There's some "reasonable logic" right there as well.
Also, if you think endo's are gonna be able to handle the carb amounts in the layout that many times per day, when they are only needed at certain times, especially for them, heck no. They'll even have trouble keepin' slin down all day, so letting fat be released and encouraged to be burnt, would not occur. You'd surely tap into muscle though, and if you were eating TOO much protiein, you'd assure yourself you burn even more. You can only do so much protein @ one sitting w/these kinds of people before you have them turning that into carbs, and burning muscle. It's one keen observation I've made way back in the day, before I found my way to do what I do, so I'm merely sharing that with you.
How about this, how about instead of a study ( I mentioned those are @ my board), how about YOU post a picture of yourself. Post a few w/documented changes to your approaches so we can see you "Walk the walk" as I have showcased for years. I won't even ask you to give "sources" of your info even though you have "read so much". Besides homeboy, this ain't a high school history class.........I need not supply you with a works cited page, lol, you're a funny guy though!
Also, look at the information in my auto-signature, then let's take a look at yours. I have references to top notch locations and well respected experts in their fields, and you make refernces to genital warts, and having a problem w/a burning sensation when you urinate. That one hits home, huh?

Newsflash, I do this as my career and I'll continue to do so. This is not some "competition" with another from a message board as to who's diet is best. I just let past, present, future tell that story, and so far, you're not even two words into your story.
I defended what I did more than once with you and others, which was dumb as I should have explained myself once, then left it alone. However, I was always one to keep talking, but only because I had sound backing to do so. However, now, I let what I have done and will do very soon, talk all for me.
